Parkridge/Leona Vintage Conversion

A new conversion in Queen Anne has surfaced- The Leona, located on the corner of Queen Anne Ave and Ward St. Built in 1908, this 12 unit, 3 story apartment building was known as the Parkridge and had been very well-maintained throughout the years by a locally-based family. The sale took place last June when the building was purchased by Parkridge on Queen Anne LLC for $3 million. The building overlooks the city and sound at 916 Queen Anne Ave N, and when the Leona is complete they will have added another floor and have a total of 18 homes all with luxury finishes.

Being that the former owners had advertised their apartment vacancies with SeattleRentals.com for years, it is sad to see this gorgeous apartment community convert, but the condominiums will surly be a hit and are expected to go quickly. Pricing and additional information about each home will be coming soon!
