Finding a condominium, apartment or house to rent in Seattle’s market can be difficult, especially during the spring and summer months.  If you need help acclimating yourself to our market while finding the best value possible, I offer several services in working with Apartment Insider that will definitely be of use. 

Orientation Tour- 2 hours
      I will pick you up at your hotel, temporary housing or home to tour the neighborhoods while discussing rental rates, commute times, lease and deposit expectations, safety concerns, public transportation, demographics, entertainment and dining in each area.  This tour is most beneficial for those moving or thinking of moving to Seattle because it helps to narrow down your search criteria while giving you insider facts and opinions from a true Seattleite. 

Rental Tour- 3 or 5 hours
     While doing all of the research for you ahead of time, I will make appointments for those properties that best fit your search criteria and drive you around to visit them.  Typically my clients are able to secure a rental while we are touring, but if you are not able to do so, I will continue to send you leads.  As we see each property, I will assist you in asking the right questions and offer advice as you make your decision.  
     *Because renters in Seattle give 20 days notice to vacate, the best time of the month to start your search is generally around the 10th or 11th of each month.
