On the corner of Taylor and Denny Way, the construction phase is already in progress!
The 5 story, 197 unit apartment building is set for completion Spring 2009 and will offer over 11,000 SF of retail/office space at ground level, a fitness facility, onsite manager, clubroom/game room and more!

I briefly spoke with a BRE Properties representative about Taylor 28 Apartments and she knew just as much as I did. Apparently the details have not been released so I will have updates soon.
