So here is the scoop on what is NEW and FOR SALE in Fremont!
The construction is in its final phase over at Azul Flats and they now have a 2 bedroom model home and presentation center (home #301). The have sold 16 homes already and are offering a $7,500 buyers bonus on all 2 bedrooms. The grand opening for the model is this weekend and hours will be from 11-6pm this Saturday and Sunday!
4217 Fremont caught my eye today as I was driving by- 6 units starting in the mid-$500k ranging from 1170-1366 sq. feet. Great location, gorgeous finishes and they have sold the largest floorplan available!
The Callisto is another conversion at 3661 Phinney Ave N. I have leased a condominium at this property already and I must say I was impressed with the floorplans and finishes. The homes are now starting at $279,950, 25 have been sold and there are only 11 left. Their office hours are open from Saturday to Wednesday 12-6.
