Belltown Apartment Building SOLD for $82M!

Apparently I missed this one, but Wall Street Tower, the 356-unit apartment building on 5th and Wall, sold for $82 million to Archstone-Smith a couple weeks back. Now known as Archstone Belltown.
The seller, Simpson Housing, purchased the property for $38 million and completely renovated the complex in 2001. Archstone-Smith is planning on doing some renovating as well- will definitely contribute to reviving Denny Triangle!
